Gham ke kanntho ma dil paroya ha
phir bhi rahtaa ya khooya khooya ha
wo patanga joo umar bhar jagga
ajj shammaei mahfeel ma jal ka sooya ha
jiss ko khta the hum pather
ajj woo bhii billek billek ka rooya ha
jhoot to dandalata phirta ha
sach abhi gehri neend soyya ha
